When do you list new breaks?

New breaks are listed daily. The type of breaks listed depends on release schedules & product availability.

Our WhatsApp Community is the only place to find out about upcoming break drops before they happen. You will find dedicated groups to each type of break allowing you to only be notified of the drops that you want.

What is a Random Break?

A random teams break is where you buy a spot and are randomly assigned a team, receiving all the cards pulled for that team.

It can be a fun, affordable way to get high-value cards, as every spot costs the same but can potentially yield rare or valuable hits from top teams.

How are the teams decided?

The teams, players, characters or similar are decided immediately before the start of the break using the multi-round giveaway service from random.org.

We run 7 rounds of randomisation to ensure fairness, with the final order determing which participant gets each team.

When & Where Can I watch my break?

Unless otherwise stated, every break we list is opened the same day!

Our group breaks are streamed live 7 nights a week on our YouTube, Twitch & Facebook channels. We will generally go live between 6-8pm AEST each night.

If you cannot make it to the live-stream, all break replays are saved to these channels allowing you to watch the replays at your leisure.

What is included in my purchase?

On the majority of our breaks, we ship 100% of all cards allocated to your spot, player or team purchased in a break.

At our discretion, for products that have excessive amounts of nil-value base we will not sort or ship the base cards.

We pride ourselves in sleeving all cards sent and top-loading every "hit" for your peace of mind. 

How do I receive my cards?

We include free express shipping with tracking for all breaks, with cards securely packaged and shipped in heavy-duty boxes.

Australian customers receive automated shipping every two weeks, while international customers can request free shipping after purchasing five main break spots once per month.

Note that cards won from giveaways or purchases made with discount codes may not qualify for free shipping, and cards with low value may be held until they accumulate enough for shipping.
