Shipping policy
Express shipping with tracking is included free of charge with all our breaks. All cards are secured inside team bags and placed inside protective bubble bags before being shipped inside heavy duty cardboard boxes.
At our discretion, we may hold your cards if the card value doesn’t cover the cost of shipping. This may be due to only having nil-value base cards or a small number of low-value cards. These cards will be accumulated and shipped together once your stack qualifies, or you can request all cards be sent out in the next shipping run at any time by using our Contact Us form.
For our Australian customers, a shipping run takes place at least once per fortnight. During high demand new releases, we may ship weekly but most importantly, it is entirely automated and there is nothing you need to do. Our postage cutoff is every 2nd Sunday, all cards from breaks up to & including this date are posted out the following Wednesday or Thursday. For our international customers, we will sort and hold all cards until shipping is requested. Free tracked international shipping is offered so long as you have purchased 5 main break spots in between requests or can be sent prior to this at cost. We offer AusPost Express & FedEx Express services. Free International Shipping is valid once per month per customer.

International Shipping can be requested here
Please note that boxes and packs won via Neon Nation Draw, Wild Wednesday or any other giveaway may not be sent until you have accumulated enough cards from breaks to constitute a mail day.
Please note, at our discretion, break spots purchased using free break credit, referral or discount codes may not include free shipping. If at any time Neon Trading Cards believes a user has abused the referral or rewards system, we may cancel all spots purchased and forfeit any cards won at our full discretion.
