Each box includes four Chrome base cards and one Chrome parallel, plus a collectible keyring case to display your card just like your Labubu! Cards feature artwork from Labubu creator and artist Kasing Lung. When will my order ship?

We will ship your preorder boxes as soon as they are received by us, and while we strive to ensure they arrive by the release day, delays from the manufacturer are beyond our control.

Shipping Options

We offer fast and competitive worldwide shipping through DHL or AusPost within 2 business days of receiving your order.

If you have break cards due to be shipped, you may add your purchase to the next regular break shipping run free of charge. Break shipping runs are detailed here.

How do I receive my cards?

We include free express shipping with tracking for all breaks, with cards securely packaged and shipped in heavy-duty boxes.

Australian customers receive automated shipping every two weeks, while international customers can request free shipping after purchasing five main break spots once per month.

Note that cards won from giveaways or purchases made with discount codes may not qualify for free shipping, and cards with low value may be held until they accumulate enough for shipping.
