Collapsible content

Arizona Diamondbacks

Overview: Upper-middle of the pack team. Balanced checklist with no high-end chase, but three really solid ones. Waldschmidt might not have the highest ceiling, but has power and can run and Dix and Cissell are intriguing high-school shortstops (for now).

Total 1st autos: 6

Autos/base

  • Tier 2
    Ryan Waldschmidt (22, OF, 1/31)
  • Tier 3
    JD Dix (19, SS, 1/35)
  • Honorable mention (HM)
    Tytus Cissell (18, SS, 4/132)
  • Others
    Daniel Eagen (22, P, 3/102)
    Connor Foley (21, P, 5/164)
    Ivan Luciano (18, C, 2/64)

Atlanta Braves

Overview: Middle of the pack team. Whilst the top is a pitcher, he’s young and projectable and in one of the best orgs for pitcher development and Montgomery is a solid hitting chase.

Total 1st autos: 4 and 1 base only

Autos/base

  • Tier 3
    Cam Caminiti (18, P, 1/24)
  • HM
    Nick Montgomery (19, C/1B, 5/161)
    Carter Holton (22, P, 2/62)
    Ethan Bagwell (18, P, 6/191)
  • Base only
    Herick Hernandez (21, P, 4/129)

Baltimore Orioles

Overview: Lower-end team. O’Ferrall is an interesting infield prospect, but as a college guy lacking standout tools he’s not a huge chase right now. Anderson also has some juice in his bat, but it’s not a hobby profile at catcher or first base and he doesn’t have autos.

Total 1st autos: 1 and 2 base only

Autos/base

  • HM
    Griff O’Ferrall (21, SS, 1/32)
  • Base only
    Ethan Anderson (21, 1B/C, 2/61)
    Chase Allsup (21, P, 4/127)

Boston Red Sox

Overview: Top third team. Not a lot of depth, but Montgomery should be a tier one chase with his injury the only thing keeping him lower due to no-one seeing him play pro ball yet. This does give him a ton of upside. The rest of the players aren’t much of hobby chases yet, but have some interesting traits.

Total 1st autos: 3 and 1 base only

Autos/base

  • Tier 1
    Braden Montgomery (21, OF, 1/12)
  • HM
    Payton Tolle (22, P, 2/50)
  • Base Only
    Zach Ehrhard (21, OF 4/115)
    Brandon Neely (21 ,P, 3/86)

Chicago Cubs

Overview: Top 10 team. Really solid top chase in Smith and then two other interesting chases in Mathis and Southisene.

Total 1st autos: 4

Autos/base

  • Tier 1
    Cam Smith (21, 3B, 1/14)
  • Tier 3
    Cole Mathis (21, 3B, 2/54)
  • HM
    Ty Southisene (19, SS, 4/120)
  • Others
    Ariel Armas (22, C 5/153)

Chicago White Sox

Overview: Top 10 team. Solid top chase and depth. Pitcher as the top chase is a little tough, but after that they have a mix of intriguing high schoolers and college players and mostly bats.

Total 1st autos: 6

Autos/base

  • Tier 1
    Hagen Smith (21, P, 1/5)
  • Tier 3
    Caleb Bonemer (19, 3B, 2/54)
  • HM
    Casey Saucke (21, OF, 4/107)
    Nick McLain (21, OF, 3/78)
    Blake Larson (18, P, 2/68)
  • Others
    Sam Antonacci (21, 2B, 5/140)

Cincinnati Reds

Overview: Top 5-10 team. High end pitcher chase with the top selected pitcher in the draft and some interesting bats after that including a high end high school middle infielder, which is a profile the hobby loves.

Total 1st autos: 4

Autos/base

  • Tier 1
    Chase Burns (21, P, 1/2)
  • Tier 2
    Tyson Lewis (18, SS, 2/51)
  • Tier 3
    Mike Sirota (21, OF, 3/87)
  • HM
    Luke Holman (21, P, 2/71)

Cleveland Guardians

Overview: Top team. Has one of, if not the top chases in the entire product in Travis Bazzana and another interesting arm after with an org that does a great job developing pitchers.

Total 1st autos: 4 and 1 base only

Autos/base

  • Tier 1
    Travis Bazzana (22, 2B, 1/1)
  • Tier 3
    Braylon Doughty (18, P, 2/54)
  • Others
    Jacob Coazart (21, C, 4/107)
    Rafe Schlesinger (21, P, 3/78)
    Aidan Major (21, P, 2/68)

Colorado Rockies

Overview: Lower-end team. They held their top pick back for 2025 Bowman leaving a pitcher and college outfielder as their top chases. Brecht has huge upside, but it’s an extremely volatile profile and he’s in Colorado which isn’t great for hobby pitchers.

Total 1st autos: 4

Autos/base

Brody Brecht (22, P, 1/38)

  • Tier 3

Jared Thomas (19, 3B, 2/42)

Tier 3

  • Cole Messina (21, C, 3/77)
  • Blake Wright (22, 3B, 4/106)

Detroit Tigers

Overview: Top 5ish team. Rainer is one of the top high school middle-infielders in the class which is a profile the hobby loves. After that it gets thin quick, but Schiefelbein is an intriguing high school arm.

Total 1st autos: 3 and 1 base only

Autos/base

  • Tier 1
    Bryce Rainer (19, SS, 1/11)
  • Others
    Ethan Schiefelbein (18, P, 2/72)
    Michael Massey (21, P, 4/114)
    Woody Hadeen (22, SS, 6/176)

Houston Astros

  • Overview: Bottom team. Very small checklist with only 1 prospect auto.
  • Total 1st autos: 1
  • Autos/base
  • Parker Smith (21, P, 4/131)

Kansas City Royals

Overview: Top team. Caglianone is currently the top-selling player, for hobby purposes he checks a lot of boxes as a two-way player (probably ends up only hitting) with huge power and a big fastball. He’s got a ton of cards in this including a pitching variation auto that will likely be highly sought after in addition to his normal first auto which has him hitting. The rest of their checklist is all pitchers, but they do a good job developing arms.

Total 1st autos: 5

Autos/base

  • Tier 1
    Jac Caglianone (21, 1B/P, 1/6)
  • HM
    Drew Beam (21, P, 3/76)
  • Others
    AJ Causey (22, P, 5/138)
    Tanner Jones (21, P, 6/167)
    LP Langevin (21, P, 4/105)

Los Angeles Angels

  • Overview: Top 5ish team. Small checklist, but Moore performed great last year and will likely make the majors this year. He’s a borderline top 5 chase in the product with hobby upside as a middle-infielder who should hit.
  • Total 1st autos: 3
  • Autos/base
  • Christian Moore (21, 2B, 1/8)
  • Chris Cortez (22, P, 2/45)
  • Ryan Johnson (22, P, 2/74)

Los Angeles Dodgers

Overview: Top 10ish team. They have three solid chases and all are hitters which is ideal, but there’s a lot of risk in this group to go along with the upside. Price could be volatile depending on how Hope cards are valued since it’s not technically a “1st”

Total 1st autos: 2, 1 base only and 1 base only non-first.

Autos/base

  • Tier 2 (would be higher if he had autos)
Zyhir Hope (19, OF N/A) - Base only and a very unique case as this is not a “1st” card. He had 1st autos with the Cubs, but they might have been mistakenly put in Bowman earlier this year as only a few have ever surfaced and they weren’t on the checklist. This is his first base card and as an emerging high end prospect, with basically no licensed cards, his stuff will be highly sought after.
  • Tier 2
    Kellon Lindsey (19, SS, 1/23)
  • Tier 3
    Chase Harlan (18, 3B, 3/98)
  • Others
    Brooks Auger (23, P, 6/190)

Miami Marlins

Overview: Lower-end team. Johnson is an interesting chase, but he’s divisive in the prospect community and lacks power right now which the hobby wants. Rest of the checklist is light, but they have decent volume.

Total 1st autos: 4 and 1 base only

Autos/base

  • Tier 2
    Carter Johnson (18, SS, 2/56)
  • HM
    Fenwick Trimble (22, OF 4/122)
  • Others
    Aiden May (21, P, 2/70)
    Gage Miller (21, 2B, 3/92)
    Grant Shepardson (19, P, 5/155)

Milwaukee Brewers

Overview: Middle of the pack team. Lacks a top chase, but Payne and Burke are a solid duo and Meccage is an intriguing pitcher in an org with a good development track record.

Total 1st autos: 4 and 1 base only

Autos/base

  • Tier 2
    Braylon Payne (18, OF, 1/17)
  • Tier 3
    Blake Burke (21, 1B, 1/34)
  • HM
    Bryce Meccage (18, P, 2/57)
  • Others
    Jaron DeBerry (22, P, 3/93)
    Chandler Welch (21, P, 6/185)

Minnesota Twins

Overview: Middle of the pack team. Lacks depth, but has two solid chases in the second to third tier who both are seen as having a decent chance to get to the big leagues.

Total 1st autos: 3

Autos/base

  • Tier 2
    Billy Amick (22, 3B, 2/60)
    Kaelen Culpepper (21, SS, 1/21)
  • Others
    Jaime Ferrer (21, OF, 4/126)

New York Mets

Overview: Upper-middle of the pack team. Solid top chase and depth. Benge checks a lot of hobby boxes and both Serrano and Snyder are interesting lower tier bats to watch.

Total 1st autos: 5

Autos/base

  • Tier 1.5
    Carson Benge (21, OF, 1/19)
  • HM
    Jonthan Santucci (21, P, 2/46)
    Eli Serrano (21, OF, 4/111)
    Trey Snyder (19, SS, 5/144)
  • Others
    Nate Dohm (21, P, 3/82)

New York Yankees

Overview: Lower-end team. Only pitchers on the checklist. Yankees do a good job developing pitchers and if any turn good there will be value, but there’s a lot of risk given there’s no hitters to fall back on.

Total 1st autos: 3, 1 base only and 1 base only non-first

Autos/base

  • Tier 3
    Ben Hess (22, P, 1/26)
  • HM
    Bryce Cunningham (21, P, 2/53)
  • Others
    Gage Ziehl (21, P 4/119)
    Griffin Herring (21, P, 1/181)
Ryan Harvey (23, P, N/A) (Base only probably not “1st” but hasn’t had cards before so could get the designation)

Oakland Athletics

Overview: Top 5 team. Kurtz is a top tier prospect in the entire product as a power hitter who should move quickly. Green has upside, but big risk and Kuroda-Grauer could move quickly even though he doesn’t have much power upside.

Total 1st autos: 3 and 1 base only

Autos/base

  • Tier 1
    Nick Kurtz (21, 1B, 1/4)
  • Tier 3
    Rodney Green (21, OF, 4/104)
  • HM
    Joshua Kuroda-Grauer (21, SS, 3/75)
  • Others
    Josiah Romero (18, P, 6/166)

Philadelphia Phillies

Overview: Top 10ish team. Solid top chase and depth. Top two bats are both interesting and all six autos are hitters which is what you want to see. Might take some time, but this spot has a lot of upside.

Total 1st autos: 6

Autos/base

  • Tier 2
    Griffin Burkholder (19, OF, 2/63)
  • Tier 3
    Dante Nori (20, OF, 1/27)
  • HM
    Carson DeMartini (21, 3B, 4/130)
  • Others
    Carter Mathison (21, OF, 5/162)
    Kodey Shojinaga (21, C/1B, 6/192)
    John Spikerman (21, OF, 3/100)

Pittsburgh Pirates

Overview: Top 5 team. Griffin is the top high school chase in the entire product and Sterling and Rynders are intriguing high school chases. Solid team depth and high end chase wise.

Total 1st autos: 3 and 1 base only

Autos/base

  • Tier 1
    Konnor Griffin (18, SS, 1/9)
  • Tier 2
    Levi Sterling (18, P, 1/37)
  • HM
    Eddie Rynders (19, 3B, 4/112)
  • Others
    Josh Hartle (21, P, 3/83)
    Base only

San Diego Padres

Overview: Lower-middle team. Decent depth, but they are mostly pitchers. The Padres do a good job developing arms though and Mayfield is definitely interesting as the top prep lefty in last year's draft.

Total 1st autos: 4 and 1 base only

Autos/base

  • Tier 2
    Kash Mayfield (19, P, 1/25)
  • HM
    Boston Bateman (19, P, 2/52)
  • Others
    Kavares Tears (22, OF, 4/134)
    Tyson Neighbors (22, P, 4/118)
    Clark Candiotti (24, P, 4/135)

San Francisco Giants

Overview: Top 10ish team. Lacks depth, but has two good hitter chases. Tibbs has a chance to be one of the best hitters in the class, but power is a question, while Jordan is the reverse with huge power, but hit tool questions.

Total 1st autos: 2

Autos/base

  • Tier 1
    James Tibbs (22, OF, 1/13)
  • Tier 2
  • Dakota Jordan (21, OF, 4/116)

Seattle Mariners

Overview: Lower end team. Top chase is an intriguing pitcher, who landed in the best org for developing arms, but after that not much there and lacks volume. High school pitchers are volatile so this likely won’t be a highly sought after spot.

Total 1st autos: 2 and 2 base only

Autos/base

  • Tier 2
    Ryan Sloan (18, P, 2/55)
  • Others
    Josh Caron (21, C, 4/121)
    Hunter Cranton (24, P, 3/91)
    Charlie Beilenson (25, P, 5/154)

St. Louis Cardinals

  • Overview: Low-end team. They held their top pick back and they didn’t have a second round pick so they couldn’t do much after that. Both 1sts are college players with minimal upside.
  • Total 1st autos: 2
  • Autos/base
  • Brian Holiday (21, P, 3/80)
  • Ryan Campos (22, C, 4/109)

Tampa Bay Rays

Overview: Lower end team solely due to lack of depth. Gillen is an interesting chase and provides all the value for the spot. He’s a high school hitter with some solid tools, but the Rays aren’t a team people chase that much, limiting his ceiling some.

Total 1st autos: 2 and 1 base only

Autos/base

  • Tier 1.5
    Theo Gillen (19, OF, 1/18)
  • HM
    Nathan Flewelling (18, C, 3/94)
  • Others
    Nate Knowles (21, P, 4/124)

Texas Rangers

Overview: Lower end team. Lacks a major first chase, but Dreiling has some hype as he’s a well known player from his college days and they’ve got some vet SSP insert chases as well

Total 1st autos: 2

Autos/base

  • Tier 3
    Dylan Dreiling (21, OF, 2/65)
  • Others
    Casey Cook (22, OF, 3/103)

Toronto Blue Jays

Overview: Lower end team due to lack of a top chase. Yesavage is a college pitcher which limits long-term upside, but they have decent volume and should a be a good budget chase spot for those looking for hits.

Total 1st autos: 5 and 1 base only

Autos/base

  • Tier 2
    Trey Yesavage (21, P, 1/20)
  • HM
    Johnny King (18, P, 3/95)
    Khal Stephen (21, P, 2/59)
  • Others
    Nick Mitchell (21, OF, 4/136)
    Aaron Parker (21, C, 6/187)
    Jackson Wentworth, (22, P, 5/158)

Washington Nationals

Overview: Mid-range team. Lacks depth, but Seaver King is a low end tier one chase as a tooled up middle infielder. Other two chases aren’t hobby relevant, but King has a bunch of card types

Total 1st autos: 6

Autos/base

  • Tier 1
    Seaver King (21, SS, 1/10)
  • Others
    Randal Diaz (21, SS, 5/141)
    Jackson Kent (21, P, 4/108)
